Joe Watson has been associated with the Mary Kay Organization for more than twenty years. Starting by being a personal friend of Mary Kay Ash. He designed and made her personal shoes.

Years ago when the last pink director suits were being made, Mary Kay got an idea. She said to Mr. Watson, "Joe, I think our Directors would look lovely having a pair of shoes to match their Director suits. You could design something for them couldn't you?"And, that is how it started.

Those of you, who have had an opportunity to go to the corporate office in Dallas and see their museum of clothe... will see our pink Director shoes and handbags, on display with the clothing.

Joe Watson has designed shoes nationwide for more than 200 retail stores.

He has retired and now only designs shoes exclusively for the Mary Kay Directors. As he says; "this is because of my loyalty to a wonderful lady who originated this idea for her Directors"

Joe Watson, Inc manufactures only in Spain. A small village that has many creative people, who work closely with Mr. Watson, to make the finish product that you all have come to love for your new director suits each year.
