OUR POLICY
1. CANCELLATIONS. Orders can be cancelled only before 15 days from the time you placed the order. After factory order has been placed, there is a $15 cancellation charge.
2. REFUNDS. We will refund your order up to 30 days after you receive it. Shipping costs are not refundable. $12 repackaging and handling fee.
3. EXCHANGES. Please read carefully. Are allowed up to 30 days from shipping. ONE exchange only. Additional exchanges $15, reboxing and handling cost, plus $9.50 shipping cost for continental USA. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada $18.00. Shipping costs are not refundable.
4. HANDBAGS. Cannot be refunded or exchanged, after shipping. Cancellation policy same as for shoes.
5. WORN SHOES/used items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. ("Worn" meaning in any condition that prevents resale of the item as new, as determined by our staff -- staff decisions are final.)
6. RETURNS. All returns MUST be in the same boxes and cartons, and include tissues we shipped you.
Limited Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE [Just Pretty Shoes] BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR FOR INTERRUPTED COMMUNICATIONS, LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.
Disclosure of User Information
By accepting this Agreement, you expressly consent to certain disclosures of your personally identifiable and other personal information to third parties, and to the use of your information by us and third parties, as enumerated in our then-current privacy policies, which are incorporated herein by reference. NO SWEAT PRODUCTS will not use any information supplied by you for other parties use .

All images and photographs found on this site belong to the owner and administrator unless otherwise stated. Do not attempt to use, reproduce, or publish any such images without expressed written permission provided by the owner [Joe Watson, Inc].

Upon MJ PRODUCTS,request you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Joe Watson, inc and MJ PRODUCTS, and its affiliates, representatives, officers, directors and employees from all liabilities, claims, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, that arise out of or in connection with your use of the site, including your posting, downloading or transmission of all communications or material on this site.
Privacy Policy
MJ PRODUCTS, and Joe Watson, Inc. respects your privacy and does not give out personal information about a visitor to this site. Demographic information is collected solely for the purpose of improving the site and will not be provided to third parties. In the event that you submit any form of information to MJPRODUCTS,for use on the site, thereafter will become the property of JOE WATSON, INC AND MJPRODUCTS..
